About the Author: Bernd Geropp

Bernd Geropp is a business advisor, leadership mentor, and author who works with founders and owners of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.

He consults on strategic challenges and helps companies build stronger leadership. 

His approach combines practical experience from co-founding and leading his own high-tech start-up with his subsequent work as a managing director in an international corporation.Born in 1963, Geropp studied electrical engineering and holds a doctorate in engineering (Dr.-Ing.). 

After holding roles in service, production, and management, he founded his leadership consulting firm in 2009. 

Since then, he has worked with thousands of executives and business owners on issues of leadership, delegation, strategy, and organizational culture.
