How to Stop Doing Everything and Build a Team That Runs Without You

The new book by Bernd Geropp
You started your business to gain independence. But today, everything still runs through you.
Decisions come back to your desk. Your team waits instead of acting. And even when you step away for a few days, things start to slip.
This is not a people problem. It is a leadership system problem.
Let Them Lead shows why many business owners unintentionally create dependent teams and how to fix it.
The core idea is simple:
If you control everything, your team stops thinking.
This book explains:
Why your employees don't take ownership
Why delegation often fails
Why more control makes things worse
How to build a company that runs wihtout you
Why control destroys ownership:
And why your team behaves exactly as your system allows.
The hidden role of ego:
Why doing what you're good at keeps your company small
How to delegate properly:
Not tasks, but responsibility.
Why motivation doesn't work:
And what actually drives performance.
How to create real independence:
Through clear structure, roles and decisions.
