Alex is responsible for the entire strategic development and management of the personal brands "Bernd Geropp" and "Coach Ersin."
Whether it’s text, images, graphics, or videos – Alex plans and creates everything from start to finish.
Building trust, credibility, and incorporating humor are his top priorities.
His greatest strength: He identifies content ideas even before the conversation partner finishes their sentence.
Simone’s role is to organize the events for our various leadership programs from start to finish.
She provides participants with information on schedules and updates and is available to answer any questions.
She pushes things forward and takes on tasks that might otherwise fall through the cracks.
Working with her is straightforward, and even when she needs to give someone a nudge, she always does so with a good dose of humor.
As an experienced leader, Ersin understands the diverse challenges of managing employees.
He helps me stay focused on supporting our SME entrepreneur clients.
Whether it’s about a leader’s communication with employees, resolving team conflicts, or guiding employees through change:
Be it in group settings or one-on-one sessions:
Coach Ersin is exactly the right person for the job.
This Is How We Work Together
We All Work Remotely!
In my team, everyone works remotely.
We connect online at least once a week – though often more frequently, sometimes even daily. Zoom works very well for us, whether it’s video calls or just using the Zoom chat.
The key, however, is that we don’t just work remotely; we also make it a point to meet in person regularly, every 4–6 weeks, for 1–2 days. We choose locations where we can combine our meeting with another event or simply somewhere nice.
During these in-person meetings, we discuss projects and strategy, record videos together, and enjoy some great meals as a team.
My Employees Are Entrepreneurial!
One thing is very important to me: I select my team members based on the principle, I’m looking for contributors, not just pure workers! You know the difference: contributors contribute, and pure workers? Exactly – they just clock in!
My team acts independently and thinks proactively. After appropriate onboarding and training, I expect everyone to take responsibility for their area and not just mindlessly complete tasks.
I’m very happy and grateful that my team embodies this approach exactly.
My Employees Are Experts In Their Fields!
My goal is for my team members to become experts in their respective areas over time.
I want them to excel in their roles and become better than I ever was or could be. I strive to support them as best as I can in this development.
Since most of my clients are SME entrepreneurs, it’s crucial to me that my team understands how entrepreneurs think and what it means to be self-employed.
To recognize our clients’ problems and truly empathize with them, my employees need to have a solid understanding of entrepreneurship.
Employees As Entrepreneurs!
The best way to achieve this is by supporting them in becoming entrepreneurs themselves.
This means that everyone on my team is encouraged to build or run their own business alongside their role at Geropp Leadership GmbH.
And I’m there to mentor them throughout the process.
My employees can work full-time with me while developing their own business during their free time.
Alternatively, they might work, for example, 75% of their time with me and dedicate the other 25% to their own business.
This way, starting their own business doesn’t feel like jumping into cold water. They always have the security of a steady income.
Additionally, they have someone by their side who supports them as a mentor.
